Schemes Ripening in the Midday Sun is a performance piece inspired by stories from Greek mythology. In the presentation, numerous myths are truncated and combined to tell a story of a military leader and a family, a war started at the prodding of a priest and an oracle, and the personal conflicts that arise when people recklessly pursue chimerical treasures.
